General
We will retransmit your order to the nearest florist, which is also your personal contract partner. Nevertheless, our customer service department will be pleased to answer any questions you may have, or provide you with information concerning your order. Delivery of your order can only take place during the regular business hours of TheWorldFlowers.com contract partner.
Delivery Date
As a general rule, delivery takes place on the requested date. 24 hours are requested as minimum in order to process your order and deliver the flowers. If the delivery date is the same, or one day more, than the purchase date, we will make an extra effort in order to deliver the flowers on the requested date, but we don't ensure that.
Exceptions:
By law, we are usually not allowed to deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
14 February - St. Valentine's Day: Due to the high order volume on the busiest flower day of the year, orders for St. Valentines Day, particularly to business addresses, may exceptionally be delivered on 12/13 February.
Orders for Mother's Day are generally delivered on the Saturday before. Orders placed at short notice may be delivered on the Monday after.
Christmas and New Year orders are generally delivered 2 - 3 days prior to the requested delivery date
